I think it’s worth a quick chat about what a brand is and isn’t first of all.
It’s NOT just a logo (although a logo can represent a brand)
It’s NOT just a colour scheme (although there can be a brand style)

OK, enough of what it’s not.... What is a brand then?

In other words a brand is much more to do with your personality, your cultures, your values and your tone. It’s what makes you, you. A likeable, desirable uniqueness!
Whether we realise it or not, it’s what others know us by. Maybe even more important, it’s a promise we make to those who come into contact with us.
Simply put a brand is a genuine (if it’s not honest, it won’t work) promise that says, “this is the way we do things” which is why you should come to us”.
What is amazing is how little time and thought goes into brand development . It’s why also it presents so much scope for helping grow and develop your organisation.
