Investigation

Like the beginnings of any good relationship, the place to start, is by getting to know each other.  So no clever processes, no bonding sessions, no psychological tests. The first thing we do is sit down and talk.  Actually, for us, it’s more about listening very carefully to what you want to achieve, where you want to get to and your thoughts about how you hope to get there. I was taught years ago by a good friend and client in Denmark, that we were created with two ears and one mouth, for a very good reason.

Having the opportunity to talk and think about your business outside the normal working environment, is not only revealing but is a great way to build a fresh perspective.

We  also look at trends in business, how that’s affecting you, what opportunities exist, the affect of new technology, potential markets. All with a mind to discovering a fresh approach and finding a new unique angle for you.

It’s only by working together at the investigation stage can we hope to develop the consensus and agreement we need that will enable us to find a clear and structured path forward.
